Day 2 - #roadtrip 2013 - Flagstaff to New Mexico
On Sunday, March 3rd we traveled from Flagstaff, AZ to New Mexico, first stopping in Albuquerque and then heading onto Santa Fe.
More video kiddos. We had to stop and take in the scenery -- each part of the country has its own unique landscape, and New Mexico's rustic mountains and desert terrain were no exception. I wanted to take some video to try to do it justice.
We went down historic Route 66 in Albuquerque, also one of their main
streets. My first TWEET of the trip was "Just got my kicks on Route 66, I'm giddy :)" Here are a few shots of us on this main street:
Then we also visited a historic square in the city, which was home to one of the oldest churches in Albuquerque. TWEET: "Crossed over into New Mexico and loving life #roadtrip"
