Getting to know what's good in the Bay...

This week I chat with a guy that goes by the name of.......Johnny Funcheap. I LOVE IT! He's the perfect person to chat with about all that's fun and cheap in the lovely town of San Francisco. Johnny runs a website called www.funcheapsf.com that features recommendations for affordable, fun, and unique Bay Area events each week. We talk about some great events in the Bay including Don Reed's "East 14th: Tales of a Reluctant Player," at the Marsh, Rick Evans' Chinatown Walking Tour, and a lot more.

You know what to do...check it out on iTunes here!

What's going down in Chi-Town

Check out what's happening in Chicago on my "Miss This Show and Die" episode this week. I'm excited to chat with Abby Yemm, travel editor for the global fashion company Nolcha and one of the managing editors for Chicagopicks. She rocks, and I learned a little bit more about the wonders of the Windy City...I gotta visit one of these days.

Miss This Show and Die back in LA...

This week on "Miss This Show and Die" I'm featuring my current stomping grounds, good ole' LA, and one of my favorite event producers and performers in the area - Sir Joshua Silverstein. We chat about great events like "The Apple Tree" put on by Crown City Theatre and "Little Shop of Horros" by Musical Theatre West, as well as a ton of other fun things to do when you need to get out.

Check out Joshua the last Wednesday of each month at Club Zanzibar for his staple event, Reflection.

Here we are on iTunes.

This one's for Boston...

This week on my podcast, Miss This Show and Die, I chatted with "My City Life" Boston correspondent, the very hip schoolteacher and community leader, Rachel Moo, about interesting events in the area including the Blue Man Group, Rock On! Concert Cruises, the Boston Breakers, and more. Rachel is not only "in the know," she also happens to be one of my best friends. :)

Yay Boston! Check it out on iTunes.
