Hockey Mom Blinders

Ok, ok, so I will admit that I don’t usually get too deep into political discourse with people. With so many divisive forces in this world I prefer to bring people together in harmony and peace. HOWEVER, this race is heating up so I had to post this article regarding the stark differences between Obama and McCain on economic policy.

This is especially for my women, READ UP!!! Let’s take out all of the emotion of the last few weeks and put our passions aside for a moment. You women that are in the proverbial middle of the road please open up your eyes and look at the facts. Is it more important for you to have a “hockey mom” in the white house or more dollars in your pocketbook? Let’s keep it real. In economic policy speak Obama is to former president Clinton as McCain is to President Bush as far as job creation and economic stimulus that includes EVERYBODY, not just the super rich. Let’s not let the rhetoric of any campaign blind us to the realities of who people are, what they’ve done, and what they plan to do (or not do as the case may be).
